Beck House has been designed to take advantage of a rural wooded site that slopes down from the road entrance to a stream that gives the house its name.

Located at the point where Dobb Lane becomes Dobb Top Road, in the village of Hinchliffe Mill, above the small market town of Holmfirth in the Holme Valley, Beck House combines classic country living with contemporary design.

The house as shown in this brochure has full detailed planning approval. It can be purchased on a turnkey basis, whereby we provide the finished building for you, or alternatively you may purchase the site and house drawings, and develop the building yourself.

If you fall in love with the site but find that our design for Beck House does not suit your needs, the land can be purchased on its own, giving you the opportunity to design something completely different.

• The site therefore offers three alternatives:
• 1. Purchase of land alone.
• 2. Purchase of land plus right to use our design of Beck House.
• 3. Purchase of land and completed property.
