The accommodation in Edition 11 is arranged in two wings, with the upper part of one wing cranked in plan to house the master bedroom suite. The main living accommodation, including a discreet study area, separates the master suite from the remaining bedrooms in a separate wing. Of the three other double bedrooms, two have en-suite shower rooms and the third is across the corridor from the family bathroom. The kitchen, dining area and living room flow into each other and enjoy generous toplighting which draws attention to the purpose designed timber trusses which are such a feature of the scheme.

Folding glazed walls completely open the master bedroom and the living area onto the garden, giving these spaces a totally different dimension in warm weather.
