One 17 Residential started with the partners of the practice designing homes for ourselves. We now design and build homes available to buy on the open market that offer you an alternative to standard speculative housing.

Most speculative houses concern themselves with numbers of rooms and how big (or small) they are. One 17 Residential is concerned first and foremost with quality of space.

We guarantee your home will be unique; more to the point, we believe it will be genuinely life enhancing.

Each home created by One17 Residential is individually designed and receives an EDITION label and individual number. This label and number identifies each unit in the growing One17 Residential property portfolio.
